Changing my photo

I decided that it was time to change my photo, so here I am. Photo was taken by the lovely Natalie (Scatty) from Creativexpress.com . I went to a great crop a couple of weeks ago and she took our photos so we could have a new avatar.

Pregnancy has continued to progress. I had a Drs appt this past week and got to see our little one's little heart beating away. It was a great comfort, since I have had a little bit of spotting here and there. I am still feeling sick in the morning and I have very little energy, but I am glad to have these symptoms, because I have more to assure me that things are progressing as they should.

School is winding down for the kids. Joelle has State testing next week. It will be her first time with this formal testing, so we will see how that goes. I know she will do great, as she really loves school, but I hope it doesn't stress her out too much. I remember the whole "make your mark dark" script before each section of testing when I was a kid always made me a little nervous. I always worried that I would be marked wrong for not filling in that bubble quite dark enough, or for going outside of the lines. Liam has been practicing for thier graduation at his preschool. It sounds like it is quite the production as they have been practicing each prechool day and there will be a dress rehersal at the end of next week. I am so proud of all that he has learned this year. He has truly loved his preschool.

I turned 29 last Sunday, and it was a little crazy to think about. My last 20-something birthday...very wierd. I guess with 4 kids and another on the way, it would be a litte wierd to be too much younger, but still...I really don't think of myself as almost 30 (then again sometimes I feel much older!!) It was nice, I had both my mother and my sister here and we enjoyed a dinner of barbequed steak ( my husband is great with the grill)
