memories....jumping on the bandwagon

OK, so all of my ward blogging friends have done this memory thing, so I thought I would hop on the bandwagon and give it a try!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog (if you want) and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll check your blog to see if you've copied this to play.

ok, so there are kinda too many to mention but...I'll go with the past five years. I guess some of my favorite times have been the times right after you had one of your babies and I came to stay. We had lots of time to talk and care for a beautiful new baby. although we were both exhausted (you more than me!)

I remember when you married Jared, and I was over at your parents' house watching you open presents. My mom kept trying to get me to be on the track team so I could be just like you! :)

I remember I was so glad when you and Jared moved into the ward because you both sang very well and could carry a part alone. =) Silly thing to get excited over, but still the truth. =)

I also remember sitting many times in the nursing room with you in the church on 300 N. in West Point during Sacrament Meetings nursing our little boys. =)

This is silly, but one of my favorite memories is when Camille and I ran into you and Joelle at the Disney Princesses on Ice show at Arco Arena. I loved it because as we age we share so much in common that we didn't always share growing up. Years ago I used to babysit you, and now it seems like we're practically the same age! (This is me trying to delude myself into thinking I'm still in my 30's!)
Love ya,
Lisa

I was just thinking of one the other day, actually. Jake and I were talking about "The Swan Princess" and I remembered the good ole days when the four of us got together over at your house and crocheted leper bandages and watched that movie. And ate lots of candy and junk food. I miss your parents' pantry! ;)

I remember you and Jared helping out in our wedding, performing a song, both of you as newlyweds. Hanging out in your apartment in N. Highlands. Time sure does fly. We've come a long way.

My memory of you is the same as yours of me. That girls night out at the Miniature Golf & Krispy Kreme. :) I've always been able to remember your name because you pointed out the Phantom conection- your name and I also tied in the fact that you sing so well. :)
