I have decided that laundry is alive. It must grow at night while we are sleeping; it must sneak breaths in while we have our backs turned; it feeds on half of each pair of our socks....
I have been trying to get caught up with laundry over the last few days, in preparation for our trip to Sacramento to visit family. I swear it is an exercise in futility. I must come to terms with the fact that while I still have children in the home I will NEVER be fully caught up with laundry. Laundry, the bane of every mother!
Here's hoping that you have better luck with your laundry than I have had with mine.

Hmmmm...dirty dishes are alive in MY house.
LOL!
Funny you should mention that. I up at 5 am to do what?? Laundry. Its the only way I can get it (Half-way) done before the daily rush begins. What makes my blood boil is when the clean clothes make it back into the dirty clothes. This happens when kids are old enough to put it away and just sneaky (lazy) enough to cycle it back into the wash.
I so agree with you about the laundry. But dirty dishes are a close second!! Have a safe and wonderful trip!
