Training Log

Today's exercise:

Bike 5 miles. I should have gone farther, but there was a really strong wind and it killed my legs when I had wind in my face going uphill....

I am hoping for some scrappy time tonight. I have a couple projects that I need to finish. We will see how that goes. I don't always get to do as much as I like.

Tomorrow is soccer games and a baby shower for my cousin. It is always fun to see family, so I will really enjoy going to the baby shower; even though it is a bit of a drive to get to where it is being held.

hey Chris! I see you have a training regiment going! Good for you!!! I hope you achieve your goal. Don't fret about turning 30 girl, I won't tell you the benefits!!! :) I used to live in Oceanside...great area for a little relaxtion!
