OK, so I have been very bad about my training log lately!
We took a week off because my training partner was sick and I had stuff going on, but got back on track on Monday of this week. SO here is this week so far:
Monday: Bike 10 miles
Tuesday: Walk 3.5 miles run .5 mile
Wednesday: no work out
Today was supposed to be a swim this morning, but I had a really bad night last night and just could not get up at 5AM to go swimming..heck getting up at 7:15 with the kids was hard enough! So I am going to try to get a run or bike in after I get back from Lucas's well baby appointment today. Look for training and Lucas updates later today!
