We are really in trouble

Our Daughter (who turns 7 in February) is already giving us problems. I am really concerned about the teenage years.

She has been beggin to wear lip stick since she was 18 months old. She has had a little boy that she is "engaged" to since she was in preschool, and they still talk about getting married to each other (even though he still lives in CA, and we are here in UT). For the last year the one thing she keeps saying that she wants for Christmas is a real phone. And when we were out shopping this weekend at Home Depot, she saw the table with all of the credit card applications. She was taking the papers from the table, and I told her to put them back, because they were for people who wanted a credit card. Joelle then says, as we are walking away, "I want my own credit card."

We are really in for a crazy ride with this little girl, I guess it is a good thing we only ended up with one daughter and 3 boys. I don't know if I can handle any more than this!

o no! my 7 year old is the opposite- it would probably never even occur to her to ask for things like a "real phone" lol

Whew! You are in for it!

Maybe you can present her with her very own tube of chapstick and claim it's lipstick! As if that would fool a 7 year old!

She's such a girlie girl. It is going to be fun in the teenage years. We will have to live by each other when they are teenagers, because I will need help with Kylie! :)
