Here is my 30 minute thursday layout:
OK, this is not a great LO. Very simple, but the challenge was to complete it in 30 minutes (and minus the journaling printing issues and creating the photo montage, I did complete it in 30 minutes.) The requirements were:
1 sports photo
a scalloped edge
and a sticker of some sort
you are allowed to use more, just have to have atleast these. In case you don't notice a sticker, the stars and the words "super star" are a clear sticker.
The journaling reads:
Your first year of soccer was a year of growth. It started out difficult for you. Struggling to keep up; afraid to get in and kick the ball, you often observed the game from the outside of the pack. But something happened in the second half of the season. You
no longer placed yourself safely outside the bunch, pretending to kick; you took control of the ball and began to assert yourself on the field. When you scored your first goal, the whole team cheered.

Ugh, printing issues!!! That's why I quit printing journaling for 30 MT. Love the photo collage.
Love the layout --- I have to keep telling myself --- it's only supposed to take 30 minutes to create.

Love all these photos! Great layout!
I think it's a great layout! I love the scalloped block and the design you used.
I think it's a great layout. I love how you placed the pictures on the page!
I love how you got so many pix on the page! Great job!
I love the picture of your kids at the top of your blog. I am amazed you're able to find time to scrapbook with 5 kids - it really gives me so much hope that I'll still be able to find time even as our family grows. I like your layout a lot. The first thing I noticed when I saw it is how the white space in the upper right corner really draws the attention. It seems like it just needs a flourish or something in that corner to balance everything in the other corner - nothing big I don't think; maybe even just 3 buttons or something. Hope that helps!
I think it's pretty cute!
I love how you used so many pix on this- it really conveys all the bustle and activity of the game- GREAT job!
Go Joelle! Love those Pigtails. Love Aunt Marcia
